Plan Review

Preliminary Plan Review – We will conduct on-site inspections in order to Identify any and all non-compliant conditions with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS).

1. TAS Plan Review – We will prepare all required and necessary reports, and letters on your behalf.
2. Post Project Inspection – We will conduct on-site inspections of completed project, and prepare all post inspection documents with follow-up.

Consulting Services

1. Assist potential buyers, builders and sellers in determining any outstanding TAS  deficiencies or violations.
2. Evaluate, and assess existing buildings and other public  accommodations for compliance with TAS and the ADA, as well as address violations and non-compliant areas noted in TAS inspections performed by other RAS or TDLR inspectors.

General ADA/TAS Services

1. Perform an Accessibility Audit to assess existing facilities and identify potential problem areas that may keep the property from being fully compliant. 
2. Provide written reports that are easy to read and understand to bring facilities into compliance.
