Bob Davies founded Red ink in 1991 to meet the accessibility needs of businesses, property owners, architects and managers in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Texas Government Code, Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) Chapter 469.

Both Bob and Mary Davies are registered Accessibility Specialists in the state of Texas, licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and certified by the International Code Council (ICC) as Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiners. Their knowledge, and commitment to excellence has made them recognized leaders in the accessibility industry.  

During  the past 20 years, Red ink has assisted with Texas Accessibility Standards TAS) submittals and access compliance, including plan reviews and site inspections for well over 5,000 projects offering expert consultation to a diverse variety of public and private businesses.
